Organoleptic characteristics:
• The color is pink in Provence style. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits such as cherry, pomegranate and strawberry and notes of rose and butterscotch. The mouth feel is rich and slightly spicy with papery acidity. Red crunchy fruit and pink grapefruit. It has a long and intense aftertaste.
• Food pairings: salads (‘Greek salad’, green salad with pomegranate, green salad with dried tomatoes), oil dishes (tomatoes stuffed with rice and herbs, peas, etc.). ), pasta with seafood or red sauces, pizzas with spicy red sauces such as barbecue, baked fish with tomatoes and herbs, eel and salmon.
