Organoleptic characteristics:
• NOSE: berries, plum, vanilla, cocoa, green pepper, wood and spices.
• MOUTH: Medium acidity,full bodied, berry fruits,red pepper, cherry, sour cherry, tobacco with ripe tannins and excellent structure
• AFTERTASTE: long, raisin, marmalade of red fruits and peppers,
• Food pairings: venison, wild boar, rabbit but also with poultry with fatty red sauces and beef steak. Sweet cheese with strong pepper, cold cuts such as pate and ham are the perfect combination, as well as bitter chocolate.
