GRAPE VARIETY: Sauvignon Blanc 100%
ORIGIN:
Vineyards in Evia and Boeotia at an altitude of 250-400m.
VINIFICATION METHOD:
Cold soak skin contact and fermentation at a steady temperature of 18°C.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright golden-green color with exciting aromas of pear and citrus and notes of ripe fruits like mango and melon. Palate dominated by the freshness of acidity with a fruity aftertaste.
GOES WELL WITH:
Charcoal-grilled wild sea bream, braised seafood and shellfish. Enjoy it at 10°C.
