RED-REGIONAL DRY RED WINE FROM CENTRAL GREECE

GRAPE VARIETY:  Cabernet 80% – Merlot 20%

ORIGIN:

Vineyards in Evia and Boeotia at an altitude of 350m.

VINIFICATION METHOD:

Cold soak skin contact and classic red vinification for 12-15 days.

AGING:

Twelve months in small oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Deep red color with aromas of spices, forest fruits and vanilla. Rich palate with soft tannins and rich aftertaste. Can be aged for 6-8 years.

GOES WELL WITH:

Red meat dishes with rich sauce, bushmeat and spicy yellow cheeses. Enjoy it at 16-18°C.
