GRAPE VARIETY:   Grenage 60%, Syrah 40%

ORIGIN:

Vineyards in Evia and Boeotia at an altitude of 350m.

VINIFICATION METHOD:

Cold soak skin contact for 8-10 hours and fermentation at 18°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Rosy color with touches of pomegranate and exquisite aromas of ripe sour cherry and strawberry. Balanced palate with well-structured acidity and long aftertaste.

GOES WELL WITH:

Appetizers, poultry, seasonal salads and pasta with fresh tomato. Enjoy it at 8-10°C.
