ORIGIN:

Vineyards in Northern and Southern Evia.

VINIFICATION METHOD:

Classic red vinification with quick extractions at 24°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Bright ruby color with purple overtones and a complex bouquet of roses, cherries and prunes. Palate with balanced acidity and a pleasing aftertaste of soft tannins.

GOES WELL WITH:

Various meats and cheeses. Enjoy it at 14-16°C.
