GRAPE VARIETY:   Muscat of Alexandria and Golden Hamburg Muscat

ORIGIN:

Vineyards on Evia.

VINIFICATION METHOD:

Grape basking and vat fermentation.

AGING:

18 months in small oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Deep amber color with complex aromas of flowers, such as roses, and dried fruits with notes of honey and caramel. Rather sweet palate, pleasant acidity and complex aftertaste.

GOES WELL WITH:

Fine syrup desserts and spicy or savory cheeses. Also enjoyed on its own at 6-8 °C.
