Vineyards in Evia at an altitude of 200m.

VINIFICATION METHOD:

Cold soak skin contact and vinification at 17°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Bright golden-green color with intensely complex aromas of citrus, pineapple, apricot and peach. Cool, with pleasant acidity, exceptionally balanced palate and long aftertaste.

GOES WELL WITH:

Seafood dishes, such as lobster pasta, charcoal-grilled wild sea bream and grilled calamari. Vegetable risotto, lemon chicken and pasta with white sauces. Enjoy it at 10°C.
